Should you wish to make any comments or suggestions about our practice, please do not hesitate to contact us in writing for the attention of the Practice Manager. Alternatively, you can fill out one of our compliment/concern forms which you can get from our reception team. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of care. Raising problems that have occurred because you are dissatisfied with some aspect of the service helps us put it right and prevent a reoccurrence. We have a Practice Complaints Procedure for dealing with problems that arise within the practice, and all of the complaints that are made are taken very seriously.
